The Initial Consultation is the meeting that precedes a 1:1 coaching relationship with Dylan and Robin. It is for people who are goal driven, focused on lifestyle change for true resolution to health issues, and want this to be the last time they have to 'buy a health program'.

Here's how it works:

purchase the Initial Consult
receive an email to book your time (only weekends are available right now)
complete 30-40 minutes of 'homework' before the meeting (health history, goals, what is working, what didn't work, tools at your disposal, etc. to make our time together super productive)

During the meeting, we'll discuss:

any gaps or questions we have on your current situation after reviewing your homework
establishing where you want to be and what's realistic
the specifics of our plan to get you there, including program duration and financial investment

With everything squared away, we are set up for a successful relationship. The initial consult ends and your journey to a healthier you begins!

As a fully personalized program, plans vary widely. We may work together for as short as a month or as long as a year. Here's what's included in the average coaching program/arrangement to give you an idea:

Weekly Power Check In's (20 min)
- complete light homework ahead of time so we can have a very productive, action-oriented meeting
- provides no nonsense accountability + clear guard-rails to keep you on track + personalized guidance at intervals fast enough to make rapid progress and not get overwhelmed, but long enough that we get real insights from your efforts
Soup-To-Nuts Nutrition Support
- Custom dietary plans, week-by-week, designed using your preferences, limitations, health situation, and goals in mind
- Complete with grocery lists and shopping guidance
Individualized Exercise Plan
- Custom plan for movement, based around your body and your goals, week-by-week to match progress and healing
- Complete with short videos to explain movements
Precision Education
- You'll receive educational content tailored to your current place in your health journey, week-by-week, either created by us or from sources we trust
- Comfortable, digestible sips of knowledge instead of drinking from a fire hose to avoid overwhelm and stay on the path of maximum progress
- NOT a one-size-fits-all educational experience where you waste a ton of time learning a bunch of things that don't apply to you or your immediate situation
Access to Our Suite of Tools
- Secure messaging, integrated health metric tracking, and data reporting
- Centralize all your work with us in one ridiculously easy-to-use app
- Guidance on setup for those of us less 'digitally-inclined'

The typical cadence is weekly 20 minute power meeting > email with all your instructions and materials for the week > you do the assignment and track your progress > we meet same time next week to review and set up next week's work. The specifics vary person to person. We may work like this for as little as a month or as long as a year depending on your case, but we will set up expectations for length of program in the initial consultation.

Custom programs have custom pricing, but you should expect to pay around $1500/month total for our personal coaching. The coaching fee itself is $1000/mo and if we need special testing, health trackers, supplements, etc. it can be around $500/month additional.

For those who need this level of help but are concerned about the financials, there is financing available. We have pay-later partners like Afterpay or Carecredit which can help spread payments out beyond the duration of your program.

Finally, the Initial Consultation fee is non-refundable, no exceptions. Make sure to pick a time you know you can make as reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will have to pay again (we will not be able to refill the slot on short notice). We highly recommend bringing spouses or significant others to the call as you will be deciding on a lifestyle change that will inevitably affect them.
